  1. Just had these for dinner. They tasted great but the most critical step in the recipe is to really take the time to squeeze out as much water as you can before you form your tots. I used a mold to compact my tots to help hold their shape and had to bake them for 32 minutes before they were firm enough to handle. Delicious!
