  1. i prefer 1.5 cups of flour, three and a half tsp of baking powder, one tbs of sugar, one tsp of salt, half cup of buttermilk, three quarters cup of regular milk, three tbs of melted butter, and one egg…they come out super fluffy

  2. Thanks for your question. If you don't have baking soda, try substituting every 1/2 teaspoon with 2 teaspoons of double-acting baking powder or 1/2 teaspoon of potassium bicarbonate.

    Please, we don't have baking soda in my country so my pancakes never turn good 🙁
    what would you recommand as an alternative ? is maizena ok ?

  4. Thank you for your question. Using buttermilk or milk with lemon juice or vinegar (sour milk) will make this pancakes especially light and tender. Try it and please let us know how you like them.

  5. I guess… just in case not everyone can get buttermilk in their country….Maybe =$ …I live in Hong Kong. Diffidently can't find buttermilk in my local grocery store.
