Guilt-Free Raw Chocolate Mousse | Erwan Heussaff

A rich, creamy and chocolatey indulgent snack with none of the guilt.

2 large ripe avocados
2 tbsp of unsweetened cacao powder
1 drop of vanilla essence
1 tbsp of honey
1 pinch of fine salt

1.) Place avocados and cacao powder in the food processor, blend until smooth.
2.) Sweeten with honey and some salt.
3.) Place in the fridge for at least an hour before consuming.

  1. "Healthier" than industrial stuff for sure but "good for you" is definitely a stretch isn't it? You may prepare a nice chocolate without honey and without avocado just by using 2 tablespoons of guar or carob and some low fat milk. Sorry for vegans but vegan does not necessarily mean "healthy".
