1 large sweet onion
1 ½ cups milk
2 eggs
1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
3-4 cups canola oil
Dipping Sauce:
2 Tbsp. sour cream
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 ½ Tbsp. ketchup
1 ½ worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp. Paprika
