  2. nice recipe betty! you know what this reminds me of? a few years ago my aunt made some chocolate cupcakes with a whipped cream/peanut butter filling. it wad DIVINE! and im with you…i like sweets, but its a once in a while occasion for me. once every couple months i will crave something rich and indulgent. love your channel betty!

  3. It looks yummy, but I feel like you should offset each layer off cookies (rotate the overall circle by say 20 degrees) instead of having each cookie on top of the cookie below it. This would increase the overall structural integrity of the dessert for serving even when the cookies get softer after 24 hours.
